Identify the contact who was added on a Telesales, Direct Mail or other planned channel for future release. Today is not possible to query a contact who was added on a Telesales step. Without this information is not possible to create strategies for people who are being reached out on other channels like remove them to receive messages on the next few days. It's important to know who are the contacts inside programs being contacted by other channels to avoid send lots of messages by Email, SMS and/or Push notification.

You could also add a profile update step to update the record in the database. I would recommend using two fields, one to set an ID/description for the event and another for the date.
Then you could use those fields to exclude those contacts from other communications.
You can see the exported file from each send in the Stored files repository as well as include yourself for the email notificaiton. We agree though, there is not a query/rule that would allow you to set on a decision to re route or exit certain contacts based on that criteria. Thank you for your idea!
