I need the ability to create contact lists from finalised Queries.

We quite often send 4-5 campaigns in a day but can only allow a customer to get 1 email per day which is based on many factors that stop us from using the systems Frequency Control Settings.

Due to horrible calculation times for queries that contact "is not in query" exclusions we often are forced to export the contacts in the query as a .csv and then go through the process to create a new contact list to use as an exclusion.

If there was a way to directly export/save a query's resulting contacts as a contact list this would be a great time saver.
