Allow users to Export a report that was Shared in Performance Insights

With a recent enhancement, the ability to share a report in Performance Insights was delivered. When the reports are shared, the user they are shared with can not Export them to Excel. On the report, where Ithe report creator, have the options to Export, users who the report is shared with only have a 'lock' icon. Please allow these users to Export the report, just like it was one they created.

    All users now have the ability to export all widgets and all reports that have been shared.
