This functionality would make the tool more complete in engagement programs combined with commercial activity in B2C and B2B companies

You can use the new Export leads step in a program today but I believe you are referring to more of a Lead Alert of event that could fire when contacts meet certain criteria reaching a point in the Program. We also have a CRM step in programs.
