WCA use 12 hour clock(AM/PM) for the schedule settings. Since 24 hour clock is commonly used in Japan, we specify the wrong time many times mistakenly. Especially we tend to confuse 12am and 12pm, and we sent the mailings at the midnight unexpectedly. Could we have an option to select 24 hour clock or 12 hour clock for schedule settings?
