We need to listen for opt in status changes from IBM, and currently the only way to accomplish this is to download our entire IBM database on a regular basis and compare it to an earlier file to find when peoples' status changed. It would be nice to have an API call like RawRecipient to be able to check daily only for those people whose status changed.
