Currently there is a limit of 1 PI endpoint per UBX account, but many customers (especially companies that handle various products) have multiple Engage accounts. The issue comes if they want to have them connected to their separate PI endpoints, so that they can each get metrics for their own WCA Orgs. Sometimes customers just connect it to one PI, thinking it will connect the WCA metrics to the correct PI UI. Or they are forced to use various different UBX accounts.
