When we issue mailings there is a unsubscribe link which works as expected and puts the users email in the suppression list.
However, if someone re-registers for mailings using their 'suppressed' email address - it looks like the system does not remove the email address from the suppression list, therefore the user will still not receive any mailings.
We have identified two workarounds for this:-
1. The user registers for mailings using a different email address
2. The user contacts our organisation and we can manually remove their email address from the suppression list
Could the system potentially do a cross-reference of email addresses upon re-registration and if it is in the suppression list then remove it?
