Today, the principal user maybe is from IT or other departments than Marketing. But, today is an industry problem be added to master suppression list in unvoluntary way. Many email servers "open" all links into a mailing for security reasons and lot of people are added in this way (spacially in BTB or coworkers that works into the same company that get the mailing as test). In most cases we need that several users can remove from suppression list because the person assigned (maybe the principal user or other people that get the suppression list from the principal user) is unavailable to do this in these particular moment.
