The WCA Support Portal has a filesize upload limitation of 5mb, so video demonstrations of issues cannot be uploaded easily.
If the video should be secured (due to its sensitive content) then the only option advised by IBM is:
1. Upload the file to WCA by SFTP
2. Create a Support case for the the issue and mention a request for IBM to download it
3. Support personnel will either submit a Become User request and download the file (in which case you would have to give them your user password) OR a WebEX video conference can be arranged to allow them to download it
Rather than this process, suggest IBM invest in upgrading the content hosting of the Support Portal to allow medium-large size file downloads.
