Allow full-text search including documents

We have two customers who share documents (Word and PDF) in WCH and want to be able to find them using the authoring and site search. Now WCH tags documents, but doesn't allow a full text search on them. Hence, if the tagging feature missed any important topic, you will not be able to find it.

    The tags should be searchable. I think this is done and should work. I think we can close this as done. Could be worth testing though.
