In FS1 we will have two data centers for our Staging environment, just as we do in SSP.
We have to set these data centers up (deployment, configuration) and test them. This is what this epic is about.

* Preparing WCH Staging environment in both WDC and FRA

** Configuration (connection to hosted services, networking setup e.g. Calico)
** Bring up

** Functional verification (Do WCH features still work?)
** Operations test (How efficient are the responses by Ops teams to incidents on FS1?)
** Performance tests (What are the limits of this new platform? When will it break? *)
** Resiliency tests (Do fail-over mechanisms work?)
** Migration tests (Is moving over data from existing Staging systems (on SSP) to the new Staging systems as seamless as required?)

*) The FS1 team agreed to set up Pre-Prod (or Staging as we call it) with the same amount of resources as Prod. Therefore, the expectation is that we can identify resource limitations on Production by running tests on Staging.
