WCH is supposed to become a "Platform 2.0" product. Moving to "FS1" is a first required step, but not sufficient. We will have to move from DCOS/Marathon/Mesos to Kubernetes eventually.

To understand how difficult that move will be, we need to take a look at Kubernetes, try to get our services running on that container orchestration platform and develop a plan for migration.

This epic is investigation / architecture work and does not cover the actual move, which is supposed to take place in 2019.
