Just had a walkthrough of a customer's desired workflow for their project, and we should be able to do everything from the current approvals UI with one key exception.

All the comments they put into their review, which effectively show an audit trail of approvals by comment (replacing what used to be emails back and forth), are disappearing once the review is complete. I realise this is by current design and rolling the review comments into the parent content item has been discussed in https://github.ibm.com/DX/om-backlog-usecase/issues/182
