WCH Authoring APIs follow the IBM API Guidelines of providing offlset/limit options for returning chunks/batches of artifacts at a time, and next links, for retrieving next batch, "except" for the WCH Sites/Pages API.

They always planned to add it, but the initial sizes of Oslo/Stockholm didn't warrant prioritizing it in yet.

Before customers have 1000s of Email page nodes or Landing Page nodes, we should try to get this API consistent with the rest of the WCH APIs and API guidelines.
