We currently document how to leverage Google Analytics with the Oslo SPA. Via this item we would:

- add documentation how to integrate with IBM Digital Analytics and/or Tealeaf

- optional in addition to the above pre-tag Oslo with actions for IBM Digital Analytics and/or Tealeaf
