Default site resource path for headless sites to be configurable in tenant settings

When not using the default managed website mechanism, the default site resource path for headless sites should be configurable in tenant settings to avoid the need for an explicit resource path in the site URL.

How will this idea be used?

Any headless web site deployed on Content that is not using the internal web site framework requires a path to retrieve the site application, for example the Coronavirus response sample:

    I think this is now possible using a custom domain.
    Should be closed I think.
