Add search filters for help center search bar
Currently when using the search bar it is not possible to drill down by product. When searching on a keyword results related to all Acoustic products are returned. This is not helpful. Adding a filter would allow for more meaningful results being returned. Also making it easier to find answers.

How will this idea be used?
When looking for a solution to a problem, I want to be able to find it quickly. When searching the help center it would be better to have meaningful results that are specifically related to me search criteria being returned. |
