Recurring Dates - No End Date should flip "on" when "Recurring" is selected

It should be a no-brainer to have the No End Date to flip as selected when "Recurring" is selected.

    Hi Linda, a report can be recurring and still have an end date. Recurring means that when the report processes, you can switch between day, week, or month in the calendar rather than only have it processed for a specific range. For example, I could have a recurring report for the month of November, ending November 30th, and be able to look at a specific day or week within November, or look at data for the whole month. Given this information, we don't want there to be a tie between "no end date" and a recurring report.
