Would like to see a new frequenc report, as in a report that shows count of session buckets (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9-14, 15-25, etc.) as a dimension, sessions and page views as measures/metrics. Basically would like to see the distribution of visitors that fall into buckets of number of sessions. As a guide, Google Analytics calls this kind of a report a "count-of-session report" and in Adobe Analytics it is called a "visit-number report".
How will this idea be used?

Hi Kyle - You can create an adhoc report with the parameters you've described here by creating a segment compare report. Click "create report" in the top panel of the UI, then select "segment compare" as the report type in the dropdown of the right panel. Create the segments with the session criteria you'd like to see, add them as dimensions to the report, and select the metrics you'd like as well. Hope this helps! If you'd like a standard segment compare report to reference, you can also check out the Segment Effectiveness report in the Opportunities workspace.
