Add "My Preferences" to Next Gen UI

In Legacy UI there was a "My profile > My Preferences" that allowed a user to select:

Report Table Font: small vs. medium, vs large

Report View: Show Chart & Table vs. Show Table Only

Report Rows Pre-Selection: Top 5 rows, vs top 10 rows vs. preselect no rows

This was very nice to be able to remove things I didn't want to see and adjust settings to maximize my screen space

How will this idea be used? This will be used to maximize my screen space and reduce the number of clicks needed for me to see what I want to see in DA Attachments Open full size
