Make "saved view drop down" in Topline consistent

Make "saved view drop down" in Topline consistent with other reports

In most of the default reports the "saved view" drop down is found next to the calendar control and compare and ABOVE the visualization / trend line.

But in Topline metrics the "saved view" drop down is found BELOW the visualization / trend line.

This is confusing. Can you make the reports more consistent?
