The difference between shared and public workspaces is very confusing to end users. It is hard to understand and explain to a person where a report will be visible for them or if a report has been shared correctly.

It can be confusing to explain to a person who want to consume the reports that some times you will find a shared report under Public Workspaces and other times it will be under Shared Workspaces.

It can be confusing to explain to a creator that event though the creator shared the report the creator will still see the report under "My Workspaces" but the consumer will see the report under Shared Workspaces or maybe Public Workspaces.

Can you just have one combined Shared / Public section?
