We would like the ability to:
Have a Org Admin view ALL support tickets (not just ones created by org admin)
Have ability to add multiple users (CC Multiple users) on a Support Ticket
We often need for admins to be able to check on ALL issues being worked on
We often have tickets that multiple users need to be able to follow
How will this idea be used?
This will be used to make it easier for us to understand what issues are being worked on and that status of those issues |
