Add opening rate for IOS15 in the report
Needs in Acoustic :
• Separate the openings on IOS 15 Mail Privacy Protection from the openings on other devices.
• Information to appear automatically on each campaign report, in addition to the information already present
• Information to be provided in a Y/N or 1/0 format (eg. Y for IOS15 MPP and N for the others devices)

To answer your question, we need this kind of information for the performance purposes inside of your company. I do not know in which category you put that in Acoustic.
The report I'm referring to is the main page (report) > Email insight > Analytics
For now, only the IOS15 is creating the kind of problem. The other devices work properly. What we need is to identify this device in our communications.
Would it be possible to discuss with a technical support directly ? I think that by chat we have some communication problems, which makes longer the time of conclusion of the case.
