Ad Hoc Reports need to have a date range option of week-to-date, month-to-date, quarter-to-date, year-to-date.

These date ranges would of course be based upon the clients fiscal calendar.

This is a very common way for clients to look at data and is something that we can not easily do.

(Yes, we can run ad-hoc one time reports for these ranges but it does not make sense to manually do this again and again for multiple reports).

It would be fine if this was a option that had to be selected when the report was created.

It is also understood that a report that did not cover the date range of (for example) year-to-date would not have this option.
