Currently a user (JDoe) can only add or copy a report into a workspace that the user (JDoe) created.

A user (JDoe) can NOT add or copy a report into a workspace that was created by a different user (such as BSmith).

A common use case for clients is to have a team on analysts working together. Different users will be creating different reports for the same project and it would be very helpful for any or all users to be able to add or copy a report into a shared workspace. This way clients could have one single workspace that contained the reports created by multiple users instead of having the reports scattered across multiple different workspaces.
