At present, the cxConnect PortalAPI (/PortalAPI) listing has the function for GetSessionReplayLink, but this only lets you search by Session Attributes. I propose this be updated to include hit level attributes. If there was a hit-level, we could search for things like log IDs, per-hit values. When we have site-issues, often these are logged by their log value.
Second, you could combine this with idea TLONPREM-I-7, and have the Replay Link take advantage, so when the recipient gets the link, it goes direct to that hit/view in BBR.
Lastly, I'd recommend having a separate API logging dashboard as part of PortalAPI. Searches are logged yes, but being able to tell the volume of APIs that are calling the system, and under which user-name will be of critical use to make sure other internal systems aren't hammering the Tealeaf system.
