With the usage of larger core processor servers, certain customers are hitting upper thresholds of processing capacity, where we can't utilize all of the cores of a given canister, hyperthreaded. When you start to get more than 20 physical cores, 40 hyperthreaded, the number of total Archive, Hit Processor and Index threads hits the magical 32 high ceiling of threads we can have running. This is firstly due to the 32 licensed user limit for FaircomUsers in Ctree.

I won't say specifically that we just need to increase Ctree licenses, but the ask here is for us to be able to scale a given canister so that it can use the larger number of total cores provided to a server.
