Whenever we display a time stamp, we should have a label (mouse-over ? hover label or similar), it should tell the user what timezone it is labeled as. If it's the system processing time, or if the User Setting time (User My Settings Search time)

* Search pages, Available Dates
* Session Search Results (Results Templates) all Date/Time columns
* Date/Time stamp on BBR
* Reports Date/Time selections/labels
* Dashboard date pickers/labels

Admin can choose a label like "Pacific time" manually unless the Tealeaf system has the intelligence to display that correctly from the server settings, with adjustments for Daylight Savings vs Standard times.
