"Session has Expired" error in Portal instead of Status 500

At the moment, if a user tries to reference a session replay link for a session that has been CanTrimmed, then they get a generic error:

500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

Can we have this updated with a specific error that gives the user more relevant information? Example: The session you are looking for is no longer available. This may be due to it having expired from session retention period. Current available session dates: XX/XX/XX - XX/XX/XX."

Alternative, if the canister is down/unreachable or in maintenance, it should inform that user as well.

"Sorry, it appears the storage canister for this session is presently down for maintenance. Please try again shortly. If still unavailable, you may wish to contact your Tealeaf administrator."

NOTE: I would suggest making each of these errors their own ASPX page that Tealeaf admins can raw edit on the portal, just like we can edit the existing Status XXX pages.
