RTV has a functionality to print the session. Using this clients can print the CxVerify sessions so that this data can be used for Audit,Legal and other regulatory compliance needs and the end user will not need access to Tealeaf.

Client, has Cxverify installed to cater for compliance and saves the Verify data for 10 years.

Client's Tealeaf Team gets requests for particular sessions from audit,legal and compliance teams and the team generally print the session using the RTV.However this feature is not available in BBR and the end compliance,Legal user could be out side of client's network and do not have Tealeaf access. Eg: Presenting the session as evidence in legal proceedings.
