To export the reports via email as when exporting from email the sender's address that hits the SMTP server is the address configured in the logged in user profile or blank(in the case when anonymous is set to true.)

This could be conflicting with SMTP email policy as there are scenarios where no human account are allowed to send the system generated emails.

Hence to comply with the policy the customer is bound to change the email address for every profile to "noreply-tealeaf@XXXXX", etc.
