Improve authentication mechanism in PCA (No category to choose, so I chose cxImpact >> Other)

To whom it may concern,

We have many financial customers in Korea who are using Tealeaf. All those customer has highly restricted regulations for their system due to the important of their customers' information.

One of those regulation is the Strong Password as follow:

- Minimum 8 characters

- Containing upper-case letters, lower-case letters, numbers, special letters (!@#$%^&*()_+-=)

- Password Expiration setting: 3 months, warning 7 days before expiring time.

- Account locking after failed login 5 times.

The Tealeaf OnPremise solution has two main components: CX and PCA.

The CX has this feature implemented. However, the PCA web console has very weak Password Management mechanism. None of those requirements are satisfied.

We would like the Tealeaf Engineering team provide this new feature as soon as possible.
