When TLCookie is enabled in the UIC it sets the cookie domain to the root domain(.mydomain.com) vs the subdomain of an application (myapp.mydomain.com). This should be configurable in the UIC. As it is, data from multiple applications is combined in sessions and that is not ideal for every client or scenario.
