SQL DBA's push back every time we want to do upgrades. They say DBO is sufficient for the activities listed in the Tealeaf documentation, that requiring SA is "laziness" on the part of the vendor, and that the minimal permissions required to perform upgrades should be determined and listed in the documentation. They are concerned of potential impact to other databases in a shared SQL environment.
