Get rid of pre-rendering replay in BBR

Get rid of pre-rendering replay in BBR and only render the first page in the session. If needed, rendering can continue in the background.

    We would like get more information about this suggestion as we believe the current implementation is already as suggested. However, we assume the overall performance of loading the first page should be improved.
