Retain change details made to events, etc. in Event History and allow reversion

Currently event history only records that someone made a change. It does not list details about the changes.

Need details about the actual changes made and history of the last 3 or more changes to be retained. Additionally, need the ability to revert back to a previous version.

How will this idea be used?

If errors are made in an event, hit attribute, etc. it can easily be reverted to a previous state without knowing the exact details of it.
