Built-In event objects and reports for automatic segmenting of data.

TeaLeaf should provide automated (no customer input required) to create the resulting dashboard from above efforts. That is, when TeaLeaf is first installed and configured, these events should start firing ant the dashboard reports should be present. We may prefer that, at first, these reports can only be viewed by Admins. Then, later, the Admins could send the dashboard results to the proper teams.

This same concept should be applied to Status Code by URL and any other standard TeaLeaf reporting where standard segmentation is used. The concept should be use for unusual abundance of any particular segment. For example, Browser Type X shows 2X that of any other browser. Browser Type Y is one 10th of any other browser. We should make a list of all standard segmentation reports. That list can be accompanied by appropriate thresholds that warn of an issues. These thresholds should be adjustable by TeaLeaf Admins. The resulting reports should be enabled by TeaLeaf Admins.

Doing this would allow for near immediate value from TeaLeaf even if no thresholds were crossed. That is, knowing your data did not trigger any of these thresholds is valuable, in that, you can immediately move on to other metrics.

How will this idea be used?

Upon installation and initial configuration or upgrades of TeaLeaf on-prem, these features will be explained to and reviewed by the TeaLeaf Admin. This discussion can be moderated and answered by TeaLeaf Services.

The TeaLeaf customer will, in just a day or two review the resulting reports. In this way, the customer will obtain immediate value out of TeaLeaf.

I believe this built-in feature is beyond any of our customers.
