Temporarily Suppress Alerts from Alert Monitor

Need the ability to temporarily suppress alerts in a alert monitor:

  • Should include some pre-defined times: 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour

  • Should allow suppression until a defined date/time.

  • Needs be configurable for individual alerts as well as alert labels so suppression would apply to all alerts with that label assigned

How will this idea be used?

When there is scheduled activity alerts can easily be disabled.

    An additional thought on this. We need the ability to schedule one time outages. Like for code releases. E.g. Disable this alert, or set of alerts on June 17th from 5PM to 11PM.
