Need a view in alert monitor to make alerts in "Test" or "Staging" mode visible/not visible. People watch alert monitor actively and act on alerts that are actually being tested, despite being labeled "ignore" or "test alert." While alert labels are an option, people don't use them. Picturing a checkbox or button to toggle test alerts in and out of view. Default should be off. Obviously, the alert configuration needs a check box for "publish to stage."
