CIDR notation support in Events and Transport Privacy

Tealeaf needs to be able to support CIDR notation natively. Often we need to identify a particular external party based on a large IP range or many IP ranges. While not impossible in advanced events, it is complex.

How will this idea be used?

We'll be able to just put in a CIDR notation into an event, possibly a built in hit attribute, or session attribute. That built in session attribute, (or alternative solution) should allow you to list and/or upload a large list of CIDR notations with desired recording values, similar to dimensions:

12.182.186.0/23 Coffee Etc.
10.128.188.0/22 Florida Office 3
16.186.192.0/22 PenTest Inc.
12.128.196.0/23 Known DDoS
