The insert missing/cached pages setting is global and is not needed for all domains being captured. Sometimes the UI SDK data gets disassociated with the server data when the setting is enabled. It would be much better to be able to enable that by domain and even better, using a replay rule with options to do by URL or request field, etc. etc.
