BBR bombs out the entire session if there is "BAD JSON" anywhere in the session. It should handle that better. It should just invalidate that page or call instead of preventing the whole session from being replayed. Really is a huge pain. This occasionally happens when using ajax listener. There are some calls that are truncated or otherwise detected as being "bad" and the session cannot be replayed.
