Cisco Finesse is a call center interaction platform. It manages calls, chat, and email. It would be immensely helpful to have two areas of integration with this solution: First, session replay links available for a particular customer for native mobile or web sessions. Second, built in method to capture agent sessions as they browse Finesse. Finesse has limited capability to add custom scripts but a partnership with Cisco to allow for these capabilities would be phenomenal.
