Alerts do not auto-generate data in the conditions where the event has a count of zero. Typically, we experience a delay of at least 30 minutes. This is due to the possibility that there could be a processing delay or maintenance issue which could be causing a false alert.
We would like the option to be able to auto-generate this type of alert anyways. On our OnPrem solution, we add disclaimers to these types alerts which indicate that there could be a maintenance issue, a delay, etc. It would be useful to be able to do the same thing for Cloud.
