Starting to build out our existing alerts that existed in OnPrem in
SaaS and noticing that the alert email is a simple watcher alert with plain text Threshold/Alert Value/Name/etc... This is great but again in OnPrem we had the email communication which contained links to the alert monitor and event counts for the alert. This completed a simple workflow for any user be it IT, Business, Care, or even Management to follow and use.
