In OnPrem Tealeaf there is an option to have the mobile frame removed so that during replay mobile web sessions replay full screen size or essentially are visible in sort of a desktop view. In Tealeaf SaaS this option does not exist, and at times the right and bottom scroll bars are not visible or usable depending on the type of page(s) encountered by the visitor (i.e. responsive, jsp, etc...). Allowing the frame to be removed helps in reviewing sessions and confusion as most of the time users are looking for swipe actions on a mobile web session which aren't present in replay. The scroll bars are mostly a missed afterthought by users when reviewing sessions.
