We need to view the report data in the session list template even after the retention period.

Currently report session data is available for only 7 days and the we wants to see the reports session data for 30 days or more.

As we know reporting data is available for 12 months, but when we clicked to the number of records from Report then it displays a popup that “Your session data is viewable for 7 days”

The customer wants to see the report session data such as (login name, mobile number, email id) in the session list template of old reports.

Please provide solutions to display (30 days or more) report session data such as customer information (user name, mobile no, email) even retention period expired which is 7 days.
