Right now there is no way outside of Advanced Eventing to check whether or not an event Exists on Screenview as there is Exists in Session, Exists on hit, or Exists on Step. Distance events cannot work to distance == 0 either, so this does not help. Rather than returning the screenview on the original event and then going into Advanced to say $F.getFirstEventValue("EVENT_NAME) == $S.ScreenViewCount, an "Exists on Screenview" option in Basic would be very useful.
